Sometimes product shown on the website may not be available. If a product that you ordered is not available at the time of purchase or there are delays in the supply of goods you will be notified by email to the address that you have given at the time of purchase.My Best Friends accepts payment through paypal including the following major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please first contact info@mybestfriends.com.au and advise us of the difficulty or issues with the products. We will assist you and should a return be necessary, arrangements made. Items may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same method as an order paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. Please keep all packing slips and related materials in case of returns.Cancelling or changing an order
